2025 at Churned: A year of growth and big moves at Churned

Looking back at 2025, it’s clear that this was a defining year for our team.

We didn’t just want to add more features. Instead, we focused on building tools that actually make a difference for our users, and we’ve seen the impact of those efforts across every part of the company.

From our biggest product launch to date to our expansion into new markets, we’ve stayed committed to our mission of helping teams predict and prevent churn.

Here’s a look at everything we accomplished together over the last twelve months.

The arrival of Co-Pilot AI

A major milestone this year was the launch of our flagship product, Co-Pilot AI.

Our goal was to make AI feel like a natural part of the daily workflow.

This launch has redefined the role of AI in retention because it gives teams a direct way to act on the data we provide. We didn’t want to just give people another dashboard to look at, so we built something that actually helps them navigate their tasks and make better decisions.

It’s been great to hear how much time it’s already saving for our users.

Better, faster, stronger technology 

Better look
We also decided it was time for our look to match our energy. We rolled out a complete rebranding this year with bold colors and a new website that actually shows what we do. It’s now much easier for people to see how we help subscription-based businesses use AI to win back customers.

Faster predictions
Under the hood, we made some massive technical leaps that make the platform more efficient. We introduced updates that cut prediction times by 40% so our clients get their customer churn data almost as soon as they need it.

Alongside these speed improvements, we also strengthened our churn model, increasing prediction quality and reliability.

Stronger insights
We also expanded our sentiment analysis to support eight new languages, including Polish, Spanish, and Italian. It’s important that our tools work for everyone, and this update allows us to provide deeper insights for teams operating across Europe and beyond.

Additionally, we've implemented a real-time Audience Generator that uses your existing customer data to dynamically create smart audiences with enhanced precision. This means audiences are built on the fly from the latest data, eliminating latency and data blind spots. 

Taking Churned global

And speaking of the language product update, Churned’s international growth wasn’t only technical. 

We signed new clients from several different continents, and it’s been rewarding to see our platform solve problems for such a diverse range of businesses.

We also made it a point to get out of the office and meet the community in person. We headed to the UK for the first time at SubscriptionX, and we also stayed busy closer to home at the INMA Subscription Summit and The Growth Syndicate Con 2025 in Amsterdam.

Our growing team and the new office

Our growth this year was a direct result of the funding round we announced in 2024. We used that momentum to bring in talent from all over the map, including Morocco, South Africa, Iran, France, and the USA, and of course we’ve added more teammates here in the Netherlands. 

It’s a truly global group now, and the different perspectives everyone brings make us much stronger as a company.

With all these new faces, we eventually ran out of room and needed a change. We remodeled our office to fit our new branding and give everyone the space they need to do their best work. 

But we also made sure to spend time together outside of our screens. The team completed a triathlon, spent a great offsite day at the beach in Zandvoort, and developed plenty of inside jokes that keep the office lively. 

These moments remind us that while we’re building serious tech, we’re still a group of people who enjoy each other’s company.
