UX/UI Designer
32-40
hours
At Churned, we’re redefining how companies retain, reactivate, and grow their customer base through AI. We believe great design doesn’t just look good—it drives outcomes. That’s why we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s excited to own the user journey, uncover what drives engagement, and help shape a product that users genuinely love. This is a hybrid role that brings together user research, interface design, and product marketing. You’ll join our Customer-Led Growth track, meaning your work directly shapes how users experience our platform, where they find value, and what helps them succeed.
Our Benefits
This is what you like doing
You thrive at the intersection of design and user behavior. You enjoy talking to users, mapping out journeys, and spotting what’s working (and what’s not). You like making things simple—translating insights into intuitive flows, meaningful copy, and well-crafted interfaces. Whether it's building a smooth onboarding flow or tweaking in-product messages to drive adoption, you're happiest when design leads to action.
You recognize yourself in this
You have 1+ year of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
You’re comfortable using Figma (or similar tools) and working across full user flows—not just isolated screens.
You’re curious about how people think and act, and you bring that into your design process.
You’re not afraid to write a bit of copy, sketch a quick idea, or talk directly to a customer to validate a hunch.
You’re proactive, resourceful, and collaborative; happy to jump into discussions with product, engineering, or marketing.
This is what you look for in a job
You’re looking for a place where design isn’t an afterthought—it’s part of the growth strategy. A role with visibility and ownership, where you can work hands-on and grow fast. You want to collaborate with founders, influence product decisions, and see your work shipped. You’re excited about shaping the user experience end-to-end: from onboarding and activation to feature adoption and reactivation.
